Trojan Replacement UV Lamp, AL Vertical

Replacement germicidal ultraviolet lamp for Trojan AL reactors in the vertical mounting configuration. It measures 1565 mm overall by 19 mm in diameter and is rated for 12,000 hours of service. Output falls steadily through life while the lamp continues to strike, so a germicidal lamp is replaced on hours run rather than on failure; running past the rated life is the most common reason a system drifts below its required dose. Trojan lists a second lamp of the same 1565 mm x 19 mm envelope and the same 12,000 hour rating for the standard UV Logic AL, as item 15162-1216, under its own part number; the two are ordered separately, so confirm the reactor’s mounting orientation and the lamp’s end connector against the unit before ordering.
