SKF PHFSDS-1-3/16 qd (quick disconnect) bushing. Flanged split-taper bushing that clamps a QD-hub pulley, sprocket or coupling to a shaft using screws inserted from either side (forward-mount or reverse-mount). Standard series JA, SH, SDS, SD, SK, SF, E, F, J, M, N, P, S, W. De-facto industry standard.
