LAPP ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 5G1.5 is a VDE-registered, oil-resistant flexible PVC control cable for fixed installation and occasional flexing under medium mechanical stress — machine tools, plant and mechanical engineering, conveyor and assembly lines, and measuring and control technology. Conductor configuration 5 G 1.5 mm² (4 × 1.5 mm² + GN/YE protective conductor). Fine-wire bare-copper conductors to IEC 60228 / EN 60228 class 5; PVC core insulation (LAPP P8/1); black cores with white numbering to VDE 0293-334; cores stranded in layers; grey PVC outer sheath (approx. RAL 7001). Rated voltage U0/U 300/500 V, test voltage 4000 V AC. Outer diameter 8.1 mm, weight 128 kg/km, copper index 72 kg/km. Flame-retardant to IEC 60332-1-2; oil-resistant to DIN EN 50290-2-22.
