This locking band (model 11274) is a replacement band to be used with the sturdy metal frame (model 11273) for the Justrite lab tilt cans. This band is used to secure the can to the frame. Cans may be setup vertically to tilt when dispensing, or rotated into a stable horizontal position for easy dispensing.Note: The replacement metal frame and locking band can be used only on Justrite steel dispensing cans with top faucets, model 7150146 and 7150156. This part number is for the replacement band
