Replacement ultraviolet lamp for Hanovia medium-pressure ultraviolet disinfection systems, part 130015-1001-02. Medium-pressure UV lamps lose output steadily through life rather than failing outright, so they are replaced on elapsed running hours against the system’s dose record, not when they stop lighting. Note the closely related lamp 130015-2001-02, which differs only in the fifth group of digits and is a separate item — check the end cap carefully. This lamp is ordered by its Hanovia part number, which is the reliable route when a system has been rebuilt or relamped over its life and the model plate no longer settles which lamp is fitted — the number is printed on the lamp end cap.
