Product Description
The clamp secures the quartz sleeve in its seat at the reactor end, holding it against the seal that keeps water out of the lamp cavity. A clamp that has relaxed, or been refitted loose, lets the sleeve move under flow and admits water to the lamp — which ends the lamp and often the sleeve with it. Sized 28 mm; this catalogue also stocks 46 mm, so check the sleeve diameter before ordering.
