The Melbye MPC-4 is a complete heat-shrink cable joint kit for three-core low-voltage cables with conductor cross-sections of 50 to 150 mm², rated 0.6/1 kV. The kit includes four screw sleeves for aluminium and copper conductors using shear-off-head screw connectors and halogen-free plastic insulation. Typical application is jointing of plastic-insulated distribution cables in underground and industrial installations.
