The Mascot 2045 is a 24 V 10 A three-step switch-mode charger for lead-acid batteries with a recommended capacity range of 50-500 Ah and a float-charging final stage. Fast constant-current bulk charging is followed by absorption and float, allowing the load to remain connected in parallel and recovering deeply discharged cells. Housed in an aluminium enclosure 186 x 63.5 x 215 mm rated IP20, with crocodile clips, short-circuit and thermal protection; typical use is back-up and starter-battery service at -25 to +40 degrees C.
