| Technology epoxy; two components (resin and hardener), 1 | 1 mix ratio by volume and by weight, room-temperature cure after mixing. Resin black thixotropic paste (specific gravity 1.7 @ 25 degC, Casson viscosity 25 Pa.s); hardener white thick paste (specific gravity 1.8 @ 25 degC, Casson viscosity 40 Pa.s); mixed colour metallic grey. Pot life approximately 5 minutes (20 g mass, ISO 9514, 25 degC). Fixture time on grit-blasted steel approximately 15 minutes (ISO 4587, time to 0.1 N/mm2 shear). Rate of cure increases with temperature. Not for pure-oxygen or oxygen-rich systems, or as a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidisers.
