Metrel MI 3205 TeraOhm XA is a digital 5 kV high-voltage insulation tester with a measurement range of 0.01-15000000 MOhm and battery power supply. The instrument supports selectable nominal test voltages of 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000 V, low-resistance measurement, overvoltage protector testing, voltage measurement, and features an adjustable ramp function with external voltage detection at OFF-state. Typical applications include periodic testing of high-voltage cables, transformers, motors, and switchgear insulation.
