The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one stainless steel housing — for this configuration: Stop valve (ICFS SS 25), Filter (ICFF SS 25), Solenoid valve (ICFE SS 25), Stop/check valve (ICFN SS 25), Manual regulating valve (ICFR SS 25), Welding module (ICFW SS 25). Connection size 25 mm, connection standard EN 10220 (butt weld). Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths. For low- and high-pressure refrigerants in pumped liquid, liquid injection, liquid drain and hot-gas lines, including R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
