ZERUST VC6-1 vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) capsule for protecting enclosed metal from rust and tarnish in large enclosures such as switchgear cabinets, machinery cabinets and crates. The capsule diffuses non-toxic, odourless VCI molecules that settle on exposed metal surfaces and dissipate on opening, leaving parts ready for painting, welding or further processing. ABS capsule shell with polyester foam and VCI additive in polyethylene; multimetal protection; self-adhesive backing for quick mounting. Protects up to 900 ft³ (25 m³) within a protection radius of about 6 ft (200 cm) for up to 1 year in a sealed enclosure. Vapor-inhibiting ability passes NACE TM0208.
