ZERUST VC2-2 vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) capsule for protecting enclosed metal from rust and tarnish in control panels, electrical cabinets and similar enclosures. The capsule diffuses non-toxic, odourless VCI molecules that settle on exposed metal surfaces and dissipate on opening, leaving parts ready for painting, welding or further processing. ABS capsule shell with welded nonwoven nylon and VCI additive in polyethylene; multimetal protection; self-adhesive backing for quick mounting. The VC2-2 is the extended-duration version of the VC2-1, protecting up to 35 ft³ (1 m³) within a protection radius of about 2 ft (60 cm) for up to 2 years in a sealed enclosure. Vapor-inhibiting ability passes NACE TM0208. Part number 375-M-00003, supplied 10 per case.
