ZERUST VC1-1 vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) capsule for protecting enclosed metal parts from rust and tarnish in small, hard-to-reach spaces such as instrument housings, junction boxes and small control compartments. The capsule diffuses non-toxic, odourless VCI molecules that settle on exposed metal surfaces and dissipate on opening, leaving parts clean for further processing. Polyester-foam construction with VCI additive in polyethylene; multimetal protection; self-adhesive backing for quick mounting. Protects up to 4 ft³ (0.12 m³) within a protection radius of about 1 ft (30 cm) for up to 1 year in a sealed enclosure. Vapor-inhibiting ability passes NACE TM0208.
