SPIT 056561 is a corrugated steel fixing band, 17 mm wide and 0.8 mm thick, perforated with a single lengthwise row of Ø8 mm round holes on a 10 m roll. The untreated steel band is cut to length on site and fastened with screws or nails to suspend or restrain pipes, ducts and cables. Its wave profile increases stiffness and improves resistance to bending under load. Typical application is temporary and permanent trade fixings in mechanical and electrical building services.
