Melbye HKS 62 is a two-hand mechanical ratchet cable cutter with a total length of 350 mm and a maximum cable diameter of 62 mm. The fully forged carbon-steel body carries polished and hardened jaws suitable for solid, stranded and fine-strand copper and aluminium conductors. The cutting head is replaceable, extending service life on the site tool. Not rated for live work; not intended for steel-wire armoured cable.
