Melbye Fargo BLX 50 is a splice set dimensioned for the Norwegian-standard BLX (insulated overhead) conductor. The set contains an automatic splice connector together with adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubing that reinstates the outer insulation and provides a moisture-tight seal after crimping. Typical use is field repair and jointing of BLX distribution lines by utility line crews. Manufactured in Norway.
