Melbye MPC-5 is a complete cable joint kit rated 0.6/1 kV for three-conductor cables with a conductor cross-section of 150-240 mm². The kit contains four aluminium/copper screw-lug connectors with shear-off heads and heat-shrink components; halogen-free construction. Typical use is in-line jointing of plastic-insulated LV distribution cables.
