Loctite 5331 is a low-strength anaerobic thread sealant supplied in a 100 ml tube and carrying NSF P1 registration for potable-water contact. It cures within approximately 12 hours and secures threaded pipe joints up to an operating temperature of 150 degrees Celsius. The sealant is intended for gas and water fittings requiring later disassembly and is manufactured in Italy.
