| Dimethacrylate ester, yellow thixotropic paste; single-component medium-strength anaerobic thread sealant for tapered and parallel metal pipe threads and fittings. Cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Works on active metals (brass, copper) and passive substrates (stainless steel, plated surfaces) without surface activation; gap fill to 0.25 mm (0.01 in); tolerant of minor oil contamination. Properly tightened fittings seal instantly to moderate pressures, reaching full pressure resistance after a 24 h cure. Breakaway and prevailing torque tested per ISO 10964, compressive shear per ISO 10123. Conforms to EN 751-1 class H (DVGW certified); NSF Category P1 registered; Australian Gas Association certificate 4787 (Class III, working pressure 2000 kPa, -10 to 135 degC); GASTEC QA approval AR-214 (regional approvals).
