| Dimethacrylate ester, white to off-white thixotropic paste; single-component low-strength slow-cure anaerobic thread sealant for locking and sealing coarse-threaded metal pipes and fittings (up to large diameters). Cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. The slow cure allows minor positional adjustment shortly after assembly; thixotropic so application migration is reduced. Compressive shear strength on steel pins and collars 0.5 N/mm2 (70 psi) per ISO 10123; breakaway and prevailing torque per ISO 10964; full cure 24 h at 22 degC.
