Cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration; the thixotropic nature reduces migration of liquid product after application. Cure speed can be improved on inactive substrates or large gaps with Activator SF 7471 or SF 7649. Breakaway and prevailing torque tested per ISO 10964, compressive shear per ISO 10123; specific gravity 1.06 at 25 degC; Brookfield viscosity 1,200 to 2,750 mPa.s (spindle 2, 2.5 rpm).
