Replacement ultraviolet lamp for the Hanovia UVP4001A system. Medium-pressure UV lamps lose output steadily through life rather than failing outright, so they are replaced on elapsed running hours against the system’s dose record, not when they stop lighting. Renew the quartz sleeve seals when the lamp is changed, as the sleeve has to be disturbed to reach the lamp and those seals are single-use items. Reference number 22145-0618.
