Service kit for the 47 mm quartz sleeve and wiper mechanism on Hanovia medium-pressure ultraviolet disinfection systems, part 180011-6047. The kit gathers the sealing and wiping consumables needed for a scheduled sleeve and wiper overhaul into one order, rather than ordering rings, O-rings and PTFE components individually. The quartz sleeve is the only optical path between the lamp and the water, so any film of scale or iron on its outer surface cuts the delivered UV dose. The wiper sweeps the sleeve on a timed cycle to keep transmission at the design figure. The 47 mm designation is the quartz sleeve diameter; the 38 mm systems take the separate kit 180010-1038.
