Supplied as a kit of the sealing and wiping consumables replaced together when the wiper assembly is stripped at service. The quartz sleeve is the only optical path between the lamp and the water, so any film of scale or iron on its outer surface cuts the delivered UV dose. The wiper sweeps the sleeve on a timed cycle to keep transmission at the design figure. Hanovia lists several wiper service kits against different sleeve diameters and wiper types, so match the kit part number to the parts list for your system rather than to the system model alone.
