Elma Instruments 6501 is a handheld digital cable length meter that reads out conductor length up to 30,000 m across cable diameters of 0.15 to 240 mm. It also provides resistance measurement, continuity testing and conductivity checks on the same measured conductor. Typical use is stock-drum inventory, on-site cable-length verification and pre-cut estimation for panel and installation work.
