Danfoss PCV-VFG 21 pre-assembled self-acting control valve (OEM designation "Assem.kit PCV-VFG21 PN16 200/450 flange"). Shipped as a factory assembly kit combining a Danfoss AF-series rolling-diaphragm actuator with a VFG 21 grey cast-iron globe body, ready to install as one unit for differential-pressure / pressure control. No external power or control signal is required — pipe pressure acting on the 630 cm² diaphragm holds the set differential pressure across the load. Valve size DN 200; PN 16; Kvs 450 m³/h; Flange connection; differential-pressure setting 0.5–15 bar; control ratio 550:1; media District heating/cooling circulation water (Glycolic water up to 30%), 2 °C to 150 °C. Compatibility

The PCV-VFG 21 kit is a complete self-acting control valve (AF actuator + VFG 21 grey cast-iron globe body) and needs no separate body order. Valve DN 200, PN 16, Kvs 450 m³/h, Flange. An impulse tube set (003G13xx/14xx) connects the actuator diaphragm to the pressure tapping. Confirm DN, PN, Kvs and the differential-pressure setting range 0.5–15 bar against the AF-range / PCV data sheet before ordering.
