The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one steel housing — for this configuration: ICFS 25 stop valve, ICFF 25E filter, ICFE 25 solenoid valve, ICFB 25 blank top cover, ICM 25-B motor valve, ICFS 25 stop valve. Connection size 32 mm, connection standard ASME B 16.11. Maximum working pressure 65 bar (943 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths. For low- and high-pressure refrigerants in pumped liquid, liquid injection, liquid drain and hot-gas lines, including R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
