The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one steel housing — for this configuration: Stop valve (ICFS 25), Filter (ICFF 25E), Solenoid valve (ICFE 25), Check valve (ICFC 25), Welding 1" SOC (ICFW 25S), Manual regulating valve (ICFR 25B). Connection size 40 mm, connection standard ASME B 16.11 (socket weld). Maximum working pressure 65 bar (943 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths. For low- and high-pressure refrigerants in pumped liquid, liquid injection, liquid drain and hot-gas lines, including R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
