The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one steel housing — for this configuration: Stop valve (ICFS 20), Filter (ICFF 20), Solenoid valve (ICFE 20), Check valve (ICFC 20), Blank top cover (ICFB 20), Blank top cover (ICFB 20). Connection size 25 mm, connection standard ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80. Maximum working pressure 65 bar (943 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths. For low- and high-pressure refrigerants in pumped liquid, liquid injection, liquid drain and hot-gas lines, including R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
