Danfoss ICF 20-2-125LG NeoCharge Flexline carbon steel valve station (code 027L3845). The ICF Flexline valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in a single carbon steel housing, replacing a string of separately-mounted stop, filter, solenoid, regulating and motor-operated valves with one welded-in station. This is a 2-function-module (ICF 20-2) configuration with 20 mm butt weld end connections to EN 10220. Maximum working pressure 65 bar (943 psig); media temperature range -45 to +50 C. Applicable to R507A, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) in pumped-liquid, liquid-injection and hot-gas lines. This is a NeoCharge factory configuration optimised for a -45 to +50 C media range with R507A, R717 and R744. Supplied as a complete factory-assembled and pressure-tested station.
