The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one steel housing — for this configuration: Stop valve (ICFS 15), Filter (ICFF 15), Electronic expansion valve (ICFA 20), Stop valve (ICFS 20). Connection size 15 mm, connection standard EN 10220 (butt weld). Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths. For low- and high-pressure refrigerants in pumped liquid, liquid injection, liquid drain and hot-gas lines, including R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
