Danfoss AVQM-WE (003H7081) — self-acting flow controller with integrated, pressure-independent motorized control valve (PICV); holds the differential pressure across the built-in flow restrictor constant so the electric actuator stem position sets flow independent of system pressure; limits the flow to the set maximum, PN 25, DN 15, for district heating and cooling systems. Because the built-in differential-pressure controller keeps the pressure drop across the flow restrictor constant, the flow becomes pressure-independent: the position of the separately ordered Danfoss AMV(E) electric actuator directly sets the flow, and the valve limits the flow to the set maximum. Flow range 0.7 - 2.4 m³/h; Kvs 4 m³/h; flow-restrictor differential pressure (Δpb) 0.2 bar; maximum differential pressure 16 bar; media temperature 2–150 °C; seat leakage 0.05 % Kvs (IEC 60534). Valve body Dezincification-resistant brass; stainless-steel seat/cone; EPDM control diaphragm. Connection External thread G 3/4 A (ISO 228/1), via tailpieces. Mounting version Free. Permissible media: district-heating/cooling circulation water (glycolic water up to 30 %), pH 7–10. The controller is delivered completely assembled, including the impulse tube between valve and actuator; the AMV(E) electric actuator are ordered separately. OEM P/N 003H7081. Materials and function per Danfoss AVQM-WE / AVQMT-WE (new neck) data sheet; technical values verbatim from store.danfoss.com (code 003H7081). Contains lead per the REACH candidate list. differential pressure 16 bar); Temperature range: 2 to 150 °C (district heating/cooling water); Standards: ISO 228-1, IEC 60534; HS code: 8481.80. Used in commercial refrigeration, provision-room cooling and reefer plant rooms across HFC, HFO and CO2 (R744) refrigerants.

Danfoss AVQM-WE for DN 15 district-heating/cooling combined flow limiting and pressure-independent flow control at PN 25. Set the maximum flow within 0.7 - 2.4 m³/h using the adjustable flow restrictor (Kvs 4 m³/h); because control is pressure-independent, the flow follows the electric actuator position regardless of Δp swings (up to 16 bar). Fit a Danfoss AMV(E) electric actuator (ordered separately), controllable by an ECL electronic controller. Confirm the connection (External thread G 3/4 A (ISO 228/1), via tailpieces) and pressure class (PN 25) match the pipework; order the matching tailpiece/union-nut set separately. Media temperature up to 150 °C.
