Danfoss AME 658 SU electric linear actuator, OEM order code 082G3450. Supply voltage 24 V AC. Rated stroke 50 mm, closing force 2000 N, actuator speed 2 / 6 s/mm (selectable). Control is modulating (0(2)–10 V / 0(4)–20 mA) with 3-point fallback and position feedback, for continuous proportional valve positioning. The actuator is fitted with safety spring-return function (spring up / stem extends on power loss), so the valve moves to its safe end position on loss of supply. Power consumption 19 W. Enclosure IP54, protection class II per EN 60730-1. Ambient range 0 °C to 55 °C, with manual override. The AME 658 SU motorises large Danfoss globe/seat valve bodies (VFG 2, VFGS 2, VFU 2, VFQ 2, VF and matched series); the 50 mm stroke and 2000 N force suit the large DN range of those valves.
