Danfoss AFQMP 2 DN 80 PN 16 — self-acting pressure-independent flow control valve with an integrated differential-pressure controller, for district heating and district cooling circuits. Combines automatic flow limitation, a control valve and a differential-pressure controller in one body: the flow set point is held independent of pressure variation, while the differential pressure across the control valve is kept constant. Flange connection. Kvs 80 m³/h; adjustable flow range 8–100 m³/h (flow restrictor differential pressure dpb 1 bar); differential-pressure setting range 0.1 bar–1 bar. Media temperature 2 °C to 150 °C. Maximum operating pressure 16 bar. Body Grey cast iron EN-GJL-250 (GG-25); valve cone and seat Stainless steel mat. No. 1.4021; EPDM seals and rolling diaphragm. Compatibility

AFQMP 2 adds an integrated differential-pressure controller to the AFQM flow limiter, holding both the flow set point and the differential pressure across the control valve constant. Select by pipe size (DN 80), pressure class (PN 16), required flow range and differential-pressure setting. The AFQMP range spans DN 65–250 in PN 16 / PN 25 / PN 40. For flow limitation only use AFQM; for differential-pressure and flow limitation without an integrated control valve use AFPQ. Confirm DN, PN, flow band and Δp setting against the AFQMP data sheet before ordering.
