Danfoss AFD self-acting pressure-reducing actuator (OEM designation "AFD PB25 1-6 160cm2 BlueC"). A single rolling-diaphragm actuator that mounts on a Danfoss VFG-series globe valve body to form a complete self-acting pressure-reduction controller — no external power or control signal is needed; the pipe pressure acts on the diaphragm to hold the downstream pressure at the set value. Differential-pressure setting range 1–6 bar; diaphragm area 160 cm²; flow-side mounting; suits valve bodies DN 15–250 at PN 25. Compatibility

The AFD actuator mounts on a Danfoss VFG 2 / VFGS 2 / VFU 2 globe valve body (ordered separately) to build a self-acting pressure-reducing controller. Setting range 1–6 bar, 160 cm² diaphragm, valve bodies DN 15–250, PN 25. Match the actuator setting range, diaphragm size and valve DN/PN against the AFD data sheet; an impulse tube set (003G13xx/14xx) is required to connect the diaphragm to the pressure tapping.
