Abiko 4-15 — uninsulated wire-end ferrule (cord-end terminal) that terminates a 4 mm² fine-stranded copper conductor for a secure, gas-tight insertion into a screw or spring-clamp terminal. The barrel is tin-plated electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP, Cu 99.95%). The bare (uninsulated) barrel is crimped directly to the conductor to DIN 46228-1. Barrel length 15 mm. Crimped with a matching Abiko/Elpress ferrule crimping tool. Dimensions to DIN 46228-1. Used to prepare flexible (IEC 60228 Class 5/6) conductors for control panels, switchboards, terminal blocks and motor terminations.
